OUR POLICIES

REFUNDS

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on our custom garments. We can, however, guarantee that we will do everything we can to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please respect our time and understand when you reserve time with us, no one else can book during your appointment.

EXTRA GUESTS

It's totally fine if you want to bring one guest to accompany you throughout the fitting. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any more than one. Larger groups can be distracting. Any questions on this please don't hesitate to email us.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please contact us with as much advance warning as possible if you're going to be up to 15 minutes late. Due to our busy schedule, arrivals that are more than 15 minutes late will be considered no shows.

THE PROCESS

  • Kate Moss sitting on a bed with a phone and a cat

    Step 1: optional phone consultation

You have the option of booking a “quick and free phone consultation” or a “fabric viewing appointment,” both of which are non-committal and allow you to browse and ask any questions you might have before getting fitted.

  • A man in glasses and a white shirt adjusts the fabric on a woman's dress in a dimly lit room.

Step 2: The First Fitting & Design

This is where we really get into it. Before the fitting we will discuss your fit needs, style preferences, and how you want to present, as well as browse swatches. We will then proceed with your fitting, pinning and tucking our way toward fit perfection! Finally we will discuss all the other design details—linings, buttons, contrast colors, lapels etc. This one-on-one session will take approximately 2 hours.

  • Edward scissor hands, pale skin, and unruly black hair, wearing a white shirt against a blue sky.

    Step 3: The Second Fitting

4-6 weeks later we will meet again for a second fitting in your newly made custom wedding suit! (Note: if you choose to go with full bespoke there are more steps in between!). In this session we will make sure the garment/s fit exactly as we had planned. If we think some minor alterations still need to be made, no problem—it will only take 7-10 days from the date of your second fitting to make these changes.

  • Two women in a vintage clothing store, with one woman helping the other adjust a dress, surrounded by racks of clothes and a fitting room in the background.

    Step 4: The Final Look

If alterations have been made then we’ll meet one last time for Melissa to hand over your garment/s and have a final look before you take everything home!
